KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. This is a financial management role responsible for day to day operation of finance function which includes reviewing company financial data and managing financial processes to ensure the accuracy and timely deliverables in accordance with PRC GAAP, managing company’s internal financial operations that involves financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, payroll, cost control, risk management, etc.
2. Improve and upgrade the company’s whole finance system, policies and controls in order to help the business for its further expansion for IPO targeting.

1. The ideal candidate should have above 6-7 years solid and diverse working experience in all aspects of finance function with related industry background.
2. The candidate should have good communication & leadership skills to manage 3-4 people in finance team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. This Custom Affairs Representative is the key person that creates the bridge between China Customs and it’s represented members on solving the critical custom problems/crisis and maintaining their member’s smooth business operation.
2. He/she will in charge of communicating and lobbying with governments for building good relationships to satisfy their member’s business requirements, including China Customs, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the PRC, and other related governments.
3. He/she will monitor and assess relevant policy and regulatory developments that may affect the member companies.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Has strong custom background with minimum of 5 years solid working experience with relevant customs affairs experience.
2. Excellent lobbying capability and working relationships with governments in main gateways in China.
3. Strong Communication (English, Chinese, verbal and written) skills.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. The likely candidate will come from China Customs, governments, or Customs Affairs department from different big companies.
2. Mature and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
